REPORTS & STATISTICS
At Fishy’s Friends Rescue, we believe numbers tell the story of impact. Sharing reports and statistics on intakes, outcomes, and finances allows our community to see exactly how resources are used and how many lives are changed. Transparency isn’t just a value for us — it’s the foundation of trust, accountability, and our ability to keep helping more homeless pets in need.
TRANSPARENCY
Transparency in nonprofits is vital because it builds trust. When a rescue or charity is open about where money goes, how decisions are made, and what outcomes are achieved, the community can see their support turning into real impact. Without that openness, donors and adopters are left to wonder if their contributions truly make a difference.
Transparency also ensures accountability. It shows that funds aren’t just being collected — they’re being managed responsibly to save lives and strengthen programs. For the public, this means confidence that every dollar, every adoption fee, and every donation is being used with integrity.
Transparency invites people to be part of the mission. When you can clearly see the need, the costs, and the results, you know you’re not just giving to an organization — you’re investing in change for animals and the community. We have been open since April 16th 2024. Reporting and Metrics take time to build annually. We work with Shelter Animal Count & Shelter Pet Data Alliance to provide stats on intakes & outcomes. Our IRS tax filings are submitted as the Form 990-N e-Postcard. As a nonprofit in the ‘under $50,000’ bracket, this is the required filing for fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
